Condexa reads live Dataverse data in lookup tables
Lookup tables can now read live from Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365, so your decisions use current data without copying it anywhere.

Decisions are only as good as the data behind them. If your approval limits, customer risk ratings or supplier statuses already live in Dynamics 365, copying them into another system means one more thing to keep in sync, and one more way to get a stale answer.
Condexa lookup tables can read live from Microsoft Dataverse.
What this means
A lookup table in Condexa is reference data a decision uses, such as approval limits by cost centre or supplier risk. Lookup tables can now come from three places:
- Their own rows, maintained in Condexa and importable or exportable as files
- A SQL Server table
- Live from Dataverse or Dynamics 365
When a workflow runs, a Dataverse-backed lookup table reads the current values, so the decision always reflects what is in your system today.
How it connects
Connections to Dataverse use OAuth client credentials. Secrets are encrypted and never shown again once saved. Each connection can point at a different environment, so you can test against a sandbox and run against live without changing the workflow.
Why it matters
- No nightly exports or duplicate tables to maintain
- The people who already manage the data in Dynamics 365 keep managing it there
- Every lookup appears in the trace, so you can see exactly which value was used
