This notice explains how Boxed Online Ltd ("we"), trading as Condexa, uses personal information collected through this website. It is a working draft and will be finalised before launch.

What we collect

When you fill in the demo or contact form we collect your name, work email, company, role and anything you choose to tell us. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo, which is in our legitimate interest and yours. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@condexa.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
