Why we built Condexa

Anyone who has built systems for a growing business has seen the same pattern. The rules that run the business, like who can approve what, which customers get credit and which suppliers are cleared to trade, were never in one place. Some were in the code. Some were in a spreadsheet. The important exceptions were in someone's head.

Changing a limit meant a ticket, a sprint and a release. Answering "why did the system say no?" meant an afternoon of digging. And the enterprise rules engines that promised to fix this were built for banks with rules teams, not for a finance director who just wants the new limit live on Monday.

So we built the tool we wanted

Condexa lets you write a decision down once, in plain English, on a canvas. You test it with your own examples and see exactly why every answer was given. You publish it when you are ready, and every system you run can ask it for the answer in milliseconds. Every answer is recorded, with its reasons.

Decisions into action. That is the whole idea: the decision is made clearly, once, and turned into action everywhere it is needed.

Who we are

Condexa is built by Boxed Online Ltd, a UK software company. We build on the Microsoft stack because that is where most of our customers already run their business, and we speak plain English because that is what the people who own decisions speak.
