Today, most of those decisions live somewhere awkward: in application code where every change is a dev ticket, in a spreadsheet only one person understands, in email chains, or in someone's head. When audit asks why a decision was made, the answer is often a shrug.
Condexa is built to change that.
What Condexa does
- Write the decision down once. Build it step by step on a visual canvas, with no code.
- Keep the numbers where the business can reach them. Approval limits, risk bands and restricted lists sit in lookup tables and lists the policy owner maintains.
- Test before you publish. Run the decision with your own example values and read the trace, which shows every step, every lookup and every value.
- Publish when ready. Versions move from Draft to Active, and earlier versions are kept.
- Let every system ask. ERP, CRM, Dynamics 365, Power Apps or any app calls the Active version over a REST API and gets the answer in milliseconds.
- Explain any answer later. Every call is recorded in run history with its inputs, outputs and trace.
Built to sit beside what you have
Condexa is built on Microsoft .NET and SQL Server. It connects to SQL Server and Microsoft Dataverse, so it fits naturally beside Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, without being locked to it.
